Newspaper Tower!

Sometimes, the best way to practice the Scientific Method and problem-solving skills is to be presented with a task and just do it! Solve the problem! Here, the students were to build the tallest free-standing tower possible out of 6 sheets of newspaper and 50 cm of tape. No other instructions, no other materials. I'd say most were successful.
